We follow a daily rhythm:
greeting and free play
group snack prep and/or handwork
snack
animal care
woods walks
circle time
lunch
play, tidy and goodbye
Snacks are nourishing, organic and seasonal
group snacks: sprouted oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, bread (gluten free, freshly made by the littles)
